It’s actually quite silly.

We all want the ideal body we see in our head, and we work hard for it and than realize how much effort and hard work has to be put it so we stop. But when we stop it’s 10x as hard to start back up again. Meanwhile if we just stuck with it in the beginning we would be where we wanted to be at already.

It kind of just clicked in my head, and this time I’m really just sticking with it. Anyone with me?
