Lunch- Mixed Salad, Small slice of bread = 351 calories
Dinner- 15 crackers w/ Reduced Fat Peanut Butter= 430 calories
Snacks- Chocolate Chip Cookies :( = 131 calories
Exercise- 3.5 mile run and walking my dog for 30 min=
Notes- Getting over being sick so I wasn’t too hungry explainging why my intake was so low!
